這些高地地區的大多數咖啡農傳統上都是使用全洗工藝,當地稱為GBOB(Gerbus Basah Olah Basah)來加工咖啡。
Taput Arabica Coffee grows between 1500-1600 masl. Processed with an organic system, this coffee is a newcomer that brings a unique taste and character that very attractive to coffee lover.
Most coffee farmers from these highland areas processed their coffee traditionally using full-wash process which locally known as GBOB (Gerbus Basah Olah Basah).
