Mandheling Lintong Toba Red Honey
Grown on the Indonesia island of Sumatera, Lake Toba arabica is known as much for its smooth, full body (mouthfeel) as its rich, complex taste.
With this red honey process, coffee cherries are picked, sorted, depulped, and then moved to drying patios or bed. Coffee then dried for few weeks, usually on overcast days or in the shade. The amount of mucilage remaining on the parchment is approx. 50%.
