This High mountain version of our Gayo Diamond Black honey is the most complex, laborious, and interesting of honey processed beans.
The coffee cherry and processing location is located at 1800masl which is at the highest in the region. The coffee cherry contains most mucilage which is perfect for fermentation process. With the 100% mucilage still intact with the bean, it resulted unique fruity and winey characters attached to this coffee.
