我們的特種咖啡生產中的最新產品被稱為藍鑽爪哇日曬厭氧處理。 將新鮮的紅咖啡櫻桃在密閉罐中發酵,不存在任何氧氣的情況下發酵約4天。 將咖啡外果皮與果肉去除並用水清洗,然後立即在乾燥床上乾燥,得到乾淨的30天天然無過度發酵的豆子。
經過這種處理法產生了非常豐富的果香和花香。

This coffee farm is located at the slope of a large mountain in Java where pine forests, various arabica cultivar are planted.
This latest addition to our specialty coffee production is called blue java situ natural anaerobic. The fresh red coffee cherries are fermented without the presence of any oxygen in a hermetic tank for around 4 days. Pulped and water sorted, then immediately dried on drying beds, produces clean and without over fermented natural coffee for 30 days.  
This processed coffee resulted in very complex fruity and floral notes.
